At TO SUMMER SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
